Dr. Charles Edwards, a former Commissioner of the USA Food & Drug Administration, and an Honorary Member of the Alliance for a Stronger FDA, passed away earlier this month in San Diego, after a long illness.The New York Times published an obituary of Dr. Edwards on Sunday, August 28 under the heading "Dr. Charles C.
